- Chinese telecom operator China Mobile recently announced that the company is due to float its first TD-LTE (Time Division- Long Term Evolution) metering equipment purchase tender, the Sina Tech News reported on June 24. The tender is anticipated to include seven categories of 167 metering equipment, comprising testing equipment, spectrum analysis tools and signal testing tools based on TD-LTE technology. Tender respondents can either submit their tender offer in one category or more. Companies who are interested in participating in this tender should submit their hardware or software to the China Mobile Research Institute for testing before July 1, according to the same source.
